All of our fruit and vegetables are bought from the Canning Vale Markets on the day of your delivery. As we only buy what we need each day this means you will get the freshest possible goods delivered direct to your kitchen bench.
All of our pickers pick as if they were shopping for themselves so they only choose the best and if you do get fresh produce not up to your standards just tell us and we will issue a full Ezyshop credit. That's how confident we are!!!
Do I have to be home for delivery?
We pack all perishables in polystyrene boxes with Dry Ice which will keep your groceries at the correct temperature for up to 8 hours. All orders are transported in our refrigerated trucks to maintain freshness as well.
This means you don't have to be home for delivery, but if you would like to know what time approx your groceries will be delivered. Just log onto the website on the day of delivery after 6am and it will show any approx time. It will usually be 15 minutes either side of this time. This time will also update if the time changes as well.
Wont it cost me more?
At Ezyshop, we keep things simple. Charge a flat delivery fee of $9.99 and price all our groceries at the lowest possible price. We also work closely with our major suppliers to pass on great weekly specials so why not Check out our weekly specials.
How fresh is the meat?
All of our Fresh Meat is cut on the morning of delivery by our experienced in-house butchers. With over 60 years experience between them they offer only the best in quality meats. If you're not happy with the Fresh Meat, tell us and we will give a full Ezyshop credit refund. That's how confident we are!!!
What are the people at Ezyshop like to deal with?
Ezyshop was built from scratch in 2005 and we know what is needed to provide not only great products but a great service and the team at Ezyshop are dedicated to this. As our saying goes "if you don't tell us there's a problem we cannot fix it" so if there's a problem with an order, tell us we will be more than happy to fix it, that's the Ezyshop Guarantee!!!
What sets us apart?
- Ezyshop will guarantee next delivery to your area on your delivery day. That's correct we don't block off delivery days at a certain time or when it suits us. We will accept your order right up to midnight the day before delivery
- If you miss your delivery day or place your order late, let us know and we can try to organise something for you ASAP. Because convenience is our business and we will always bend over backwards to assist you.
- If you do have a problem you can call our office which is in Perth. That's correct, you will actually be able to ring us and not be put on hold and we can fix your problem quickly.
- Don't have to be home for delivery. That's correct, Don't wait around all day for your groceries as we have packed your groceries in polystyrene boxes lined with icepacks so you don't have to be there
- Predicted time for delivery, Yes we can predict your time within 30 minutes. This can be viewed on the day of delivery after 6am. Also if you cannot get internet access just give us a buzz and we can tell you.
- We will take your groceries to your kitchen bench. We don't just stop at the door we go that bit extra and take your groceries straight to your kitchen bench
- We recycle all our packaging to help reduce our carbon foot print
